Label directions

• Not recommended for children under 6 years.
• Do not exceed 2 doses per day. If necessary, repeat the dose after 4 hours. Do not use more than directed.

Warnings to review

• Ask a doctor before use if you have kidney disease, a magnesium-restricted diet, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or a sudden change in bowel habits lasting more than 2 weeks.
• Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking a prescription drug.
• Stop use and ask a doctor for rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use; this may indicate a serious condition. Also consult a doctor if you need a laxative for more than 1 week.
• If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.

Storage

Store at room temperature, 15–30 °C (59–86 °F). Do not use if there is evidence of tampering. Check the expiration date on the bottle.
