Application according to the label
Apply five sprays to the affected area. Leave in place for at least 15 seconds, then spit out. Use every 2 hours or as directed by a doctor or dentist. Do not exceed the directions.
Supervision and children under 3
Children under 12 need supervision when using the product. For children under 3, consult a doctor or dentist; do not administer unless directed by a doctor.
Two time limits to keep separate
A severe or persistent sore throat, or one accompanied by high fever, headache, nausea and vomiting, may be serious: consult a doctor promptly. Do not use for more than 2 days unless directed by a doctor.
The instruction to seek advice if mouth symptoms do not improve within 7 days does not authorize use beyond 2 days without medical direction.
When to stop and seek advice
Stop use and consult a doctor if mouth symptoms do not improve within 7 days; irritation, pain or redness persists or worsens; or swelling, rash, fever or difficulty breathing occurs.
If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. For an accidental overdose, seek professional help or contact Poison Control immediately.
