OTC syrup with dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg and guaifenesin 100 mg in each 15 mL.

• Active ingredients: dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg (cough suppressant) and guaifenesin 100 mg (expectorant) in each 15 mL.
• Label uses: temporarily relieves cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation associated with the common cold; helps loosen phlegm and thin bronchial secretions to make coughs more productive.
• Label directions: children 6 to under 12 years, 15 mL every 4 hours; do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours. Children under 6 years: do not use.
• Flavor and size: strawberry-banana, 4 fl oz (120 mL).
