APETOL has a documented connection to the U.S. dietary supplement market. The USPTO Official Gazette of July 23, 2013 records December 1, 1986 as the brand’s declared first use. The entry concerns Menper Distributors, Inc.’s application 85-868,407, on page TM 503.

Which ingredients does APETOL list?
The Supplement Facts panel lets you compare amounts per serving. The 180 mL package verified for the product sold by MBL lists the following per 10 mL serving:

Serving size, frequency and bottle volume are different
10 mL is the panel’s serving size. A 180 mL bottle contains 18 servings of that size. This does not automatically mean “18 days of use”: the package directions specify different frequencies by age.
The label includes directions for children 2 to under 4 years and for adults and children 4 years and older. It is not intended for children under 2. Review the relevant amount and frequency on the APETOL product page with age-specific directions and the package you receive.
The same distinction matters when comparing packs: additional bottles increase the available volume, while the concentration per serving stays the same.
Sugar, flavor and colors: read the full ingredient list too
Supplement Facts lists 20 calories and 5 g total carbohydrate per 10 mL. It also lists 5 g total sugars, including 5 g added sugars.
The ingredient list includes sucrose, artificial butterscotch flavor and FD&C Red No. 40. Iron does not appear in the Supplement Facts panel or ingredient list on the verified package. This presentation is therefore not described as containing iron, sugar-free or dye-free.
