This Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal Policy (“Subscription Policy”) governs all recurring purchase programs, subscription services, auto-replenishment services, and “Subscribe & Save” offerings provided through Mi Botiquín Latino by MENPER (the “Website”).

For purposes of this policy, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Alper Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. “You” or “customer” means any individual or entity who enrolls in a subscription.

This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use.

 


 

1. OVERVIEW OF SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

We may offer subscription-based purchasing options that allow you to receive products automatically at recurring intervals.

These may include:

  • Subscribe & Save programs 

  • Auto-replenishment services 

  • Recurring delivery programs 

  • Product refill programs 

  • Bundle subscriptions (“Botiquín Kits”)

2. CLEAR AUTO-RENEWAL DISCLOSURE (CRITICAL LEGAL SECTION)

BY ENROLLING IN A SUBSCRIPTION:

👉 You authorize Alper Holdings, LLC to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

👉 Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected frequency until you cancel.

👉 Charges will occur without further authorization prior to each billing cycle.

👉 You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription before the next billing date.

 


 

3. BILLING & CHARGES

A. Recurring Billing

When you subscribe:

  • You will be charged at the selected interval (e.g., every 30, 45, or 60 days) 

  • Charges occur automatically 

  • No additional confirmation is required before each charge 

 


 

B. Billing Timing

Billing typically occurs:

  • Before shipment is processed 

  • On or around the scheduled renewal date 

 


 

C. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change:

  • Product prices 

  • Subscription discounts 

  • Shipping fees 

If pricing changes:

  • Future charges may reflect updated pricing 

  • Where required by law, we may provide notice 

 


 

D. Taxes

You are responsible for:

  • Applicable sales taxes

4. SUBSCRIPTION FREQUENCY

You may select a delivery frequency such as:

  • Every 30 days 

  • Every 45 days 

  • Every 60 days 

We may offer additional or fewer options depending on product.

 


 

Default Frequency

Certain products may have a pre-selected recommended frequency based on typical usage.

 


 

5. SUBSCRIPTION DISCOUNTS

6. ORDER PROCESSING

Each subscription cycle creates a new order.

Once processed:

7. MODIFICATION OF SUBSCRIPTION

You may modify your subscription at any time, including:

  • Update shipping address 

  • Update billing information 

Modifications must be completed:

8. PAUSE OR SKIP

You may:

  • Pause subscription 

  • Skip a delivery 

 


 

Important:

  • Must be done before billing date 

  • Skipping does not cancel subscription 

  • Pausing may not be available in all cases 

 


 

9. CANCELLATION POLICY

A. How to Cancel

You may cancel:

  • Through your account portal 

  • Through subscription management system

B. Timing

To avoid being charged:

C. Processed Orders

10. FAILED PAYMENTS

If payment fails:

  • Pause subscription 

  • Cancel subscription 

  • Delay shipment 

You remain responsible for:

  • Updating payment method 

  • Any outstanding balance 

 


 

11. ADDRESS AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate shipping address 

  • Updating billing information 

  • Managing subscription timing 

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipments to incorrect address 

  • Missed deliveries due to outdated info 

 


 

12. SHIPPING OF SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Subscription orders follow standard shipping terms:

  • Delivery times are estimates

13. RETURNS & REFUNDS (SUBSCRIPTIONS)

A. No Refund Rule

C. “Did Not Like / Did Not Work”

17. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

If you initiate a chargeback:

  • Suspend your account 

  • Cancel subscriptions 

  • Block future purchases

18. FRAUD & ABUSE PREVENTION

  • Reseller behavior 

 


 

19. THIRD-PARTY SUBSCRIPTION PLATFORMS

Subscriptions may be managed through:

  • Shopify apps 

  • Recharge 

  • Skio 

  • Loop 

  • Other third-party systems 

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages 

  • Errors caused by third-party systems 

  • User misuse of subscription tools 

 


 

20. TERMINATION BY COMPANY

We may terminate or suspend subscriptions at any time for:

  • Product discontinuation 

  • Supply issues 

  • Fraud concerns 

  • Business reasons 

  • Violation of Terms 

 


 

21. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Changes apply to future billing cycles.
