Supplement Facts

Serving size: 1 tablespoonful (15 mL). The label lists 15 servings per container. Each serving provides 30 calories, 8 g total carbohydrate (3% Daily Value), 8 g total sugars, including 8 g added sugars (16% Daily Value), vitamin D as cholecalciferol 22.5 mcg (900 IU; 113% Daily Value), and zinc as zinc gluconate 1 mg (9% Daily Value).

Directions

As a dietary supplement, adults and children 12 years of age and over: take 1 tablespoonful (15 mL) once a day. Follow this product’s directions; do not use the DM formula’s directions.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Discontinue use if a skin rash appears. Not intended for children under 12 years of age. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children.

Other ingredients

Water, sucrose, corn syrup, glycerin, propylene glycol, polysorbate 80, carboxymethylcellulose, honey, eucalyptus oil, menthol, sodium benzoate (preservative), methylparaben (preservative), FD&C Yellow No. 5, propylparaben (preservative), FD&C Blue No. 1, potassium sorbate (preservative), onion bulb extract, sunflower oil, DATEM, maltodextrin, rosemary leaf extract, watercress leaf extract, garlic bulb extract and radish sprout extract. The label does not state individual amounts of these other ingredients.

Storage and safety seal

Store at 15–30 °C (59–86 °F). Do not use if the printed safety seal on the cap is broken, torn or missing. Review the complete label, lot and expiration date on the received package.

Pack contents

Each cart unit contains a pack of two 8 fl oz bottles. Check quantity before buying.

Distinguish the DM formula

The DM formula is a separate OTC medicine with dextromethorphan and guaifenesin. It is not a pack option for the supplement. Its ingredients, warnings and directions differ.
