“50 tablets” and “50 days” do not mean the same thing. To interpret Rutascorbin, separate bottle contents, panel serving size and directions for use.
Bottle contents
The bottle contains 50 tablets. Use this number to calculate pack totals: 50, 100 or 150 tablets for one, two or three bottles. It does not require assuming a usage frequency.
Panel serving
Supplement Facts lists one tablet per serving. The rutin and vitamin C amounts in that table apply to one tablet. When comparing another supplement, check whether its table uses one, two or more tablets as a serving.
Duration and directions
Duration can only be calculated when the applicable usage directions are known. Do not automatically convert servings into days or adjust use to make a bottle last longer or shorter. Follow the package and ask if directions are missing or unclear.
