BEE VENOM: heat, bandages and precautions

Back to BEE VENOM

Check the application area

This ointment is for external use. Its label prohibits application to wounds, damaged or irritated skin, and large areas of the body. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Consult a doctor before use if the area is red.

Heat and bandages

Do not combine application with a heating pad or cover the area with bandages. These restrictions apply even to a small amount. Follow the package directions without increasing frequency because pain continues.

When to stop

Stop and consult a doctor if symptoms worsen, last more than 7 days, clear and return within a few days, or excessive irritation develops. The label calls for consultation during pregnancy or breastfeeding. For children under 12, consult a professional before considering use.

Store the product in its original container, out of children’s reach. The number of jars in a pack does not change these precautions.
